I am Hector Guerrero, and Guerrero Consulting exists to give small and mid-sized businesses IT support that feels human, clear, and accountable. We are based in Galloway, South Jersey, and we work with teams across Somerset and North Jersey, Center City Philadelphia, and New York City.

Technology should reduce friction, not create it. Too many owners live with slow tickets, undocumented networks, and projects that never quite finish. We built our practice around day-to-day managed support and honest scoping for larger builds.

Windows and macOS are both in scope.
Microsoft 365 administration is included. Licensing stays separate.
Workstation, server, and Microsoft 365 backups are optional add-ons we scope in the written proposal.
Cybersecurity and endpoint protection are part of the managed approach.
Day-to-day firewall, switch, and Wi-Fi care is included.
Major cabling, Wi-Fi redesigns, camera systems, and access control builds are project quotes.
