Every managed environment includes core monitoring, patch management, endpoint protection, remote helpdesk support, and Microsoft 365 administration. Final scope depends on your user count, infrastructure, security requirements, and whether servers or shared devices need ongoing coverage.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. We offer month-to-month plans because we're confident in the service we deliver. Most of our clients stay for years because the value is real. If you prefer to lock in a lower rate, we also offer annual billing with a discount.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Response times are scoped around your environment and support agreement. We typically provide faster response targets for clients with more critical infrastructure, multiple locations, or more complex operational needs. Emergency support is available for managed clients when required.

Do you support Macs and non-Windows devices?

Yes. We support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. If you're a mixed-environment shop with Macs, iPhones, and Windows machines, we've got you covered. Setup and support for all platforms is included.

What if we need to add or remove users?

Super simple. You pay only for the users you have. Add a team member? We provision their account and add them to the monthly bill. Left? We remove the license and adjust accordingly. No penalties, no fuss.
